Bottom slit in back has missing button very top button is slightly loose. Lots of life left in this beautiful coat. Size is estimated a womens 10 12 but please see measurements : Pit to pit 24 inches Shoulder 21 inches Waist 25 inches Sleeves 23. 5 inches Total length 48 inches I do not see any belt loops so I dont think this was intended to have a belt,
